Returns Policy

Defective Goods

You have a right to return goods which have obvious material or manufacturing faults, goods that have been damaged in transit, goods that were mis-described or goods incorrectly shipped to you or any other material defect or defect of title within the meaning of §§ 434, 435 of the German Civil Code (BGB). We refer to these goods as “defective goods”.

If you have a valid complaint regarding defective goods, you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charge and the cost reasonably incurred by you for returning the defective goods to us.

To take advantage of our returns policy for defective goods, please provide us with notice in writing by e-mail at Customer services will inform you of the return procedure by e-mail (including, where relevant, by referring you to a weblink).

Please then return the defective goods to us in the same condition they were in upon your receipt that your goods had been dispatched.

Your refund will be provided within 30 days of us receiving the defective goods. We will credit the refund to the credit or debit card used by you to make the purchase.

For business transactions, all warranty rights are excluded if the customer does not report any defective goods immediately after delivery, § 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) remains unaffected. In the case of a legitimate justified notice of defect, the supplier can choose whether to send a replacement delivery or repair the delivered item.


Other Returns (consumers only)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel an order and return the goods within a cancellation period without specifying any reasons.

The right of cancellation does not apply to orders for the delivery of goods that have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the goods on). Any original packaging, labels or tags must still be intact.

Notifying us of cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the da y on which the goods were delivered to you.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Brand Addition GmbH, Europastraße 19a, 45888 Gelsenkirchen, Tel. +49 (0) 2331-95970, email by means of a clear statement (e. g. by post or email) about your decision to cancel this order. You may use the sample cancellation form attached to our Terms and Conditions, but this is not required.

In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient if you send us the notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Returning the goods

You must return or hand over the goods no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us that you were cancelling your order. The deadline shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the 14 day deadline has expired.

You shall bear the costs of returning the goods.


We will refund all payments we received from you, excluding delivery costs

We will issue the refund not later than 14 days after:

  • the day on we receive the goods back, or
  • if earlier, the day on which you supply evidence of having sent the goods back.

The refund shall be issued with the same payment method which you provided for the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you. Under no circumstances shall you be charged fees to process this refund.
